Job Description
This candidate will work closely with the Head of Human Resources and management to provide HR services, policy-making, change management, organization development, payroll management, training for employees, and establish ways to increase employee engagement.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in HR
- Strong organization, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and ERP/HR Software
