Job Description
Description:
- Creating and maintaining IT service management policies and procedures for customers, including incident management, problem management, change management, and service level management.
- Overseeing day-to-day activities of the IT service department, including HR management and coordinating the delivery of IT services.
- Ensuring timely and effective delivery of IT services while meeting the business teams’ needs.
- Controlling the budget for IT services and managing costs.
- Managing communication and engagement with clients, suppliers, and other service providers within the Ministry of Culture’s approved framework.
- Identifying and managing risks related to the supply of IT services, ensuring compliance with rules, regulations, and standards.
- Managing the setup, use, and performance of IT service management tools and technologies, while continuously assessing and enhancing IT service performance.
Requirements:
- Candidate must have at least 6-8 years of experience.
- Skills and certifications may include, but are not limited to, ITIL, Service Now, COBIT, etc.
