Job Description
We are seeking a Lead Planning Engineer at INTECH to oversee planning functions and drive process improvement initiatives within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s/master’s degree in engineering, 10+ years of experience in project management, proficiency in project planning tools like Microsoft Project, and strong leadership skills. Responsibilities include standardizing planning frameworks, monitoring project progress, and mentoring team members. - Develop and streamline project planning framework.
- Lead process improvement initiatives.
