Job Description
Education: BSc Civil/Mechanical Engineering (PEC Registered)
Experience: 5 to 10 years in EPC Projects
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Coordination:
- Develop project management plan, coordinate with stakeholders.
- Ensure project aligns with client requirements and standards.
- Technical Oversight:
- Review and approve engineering designs, implement best practices.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues.
- Team Leadership and Management:
- Lead multidisciplinary teams, guide towards project goals.
- Evaluate team performance and address challenges effectively.
- Quality Assurance and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations.
- Oversee construction quality, testing, and commissioning.
- Budget and Risk Management:
- Monitor project expenditures, identify risks, develop strategies.
- Approve invoices, manage procurement, negotiate efficiently.
- Reporting and Communication:
- Prepare progress reports, maintain clear communication.
- Address stakeholders’ concerns promptly.
