Job Description:
Lead Process Audit is responsible for the execution of master audit plan covering timely audit execution, and reporting. Conduct progress meetings to devise action plan to address ongoing issues/challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in development of master audit plan including its administration/ effective execution in timely manner.
- Perform various audits to develop findings/reports and present key findings, solutions to Head of Process Audit.
- Drive continuous improvement through self-audit and collaboration with teams.
- Collaborate with departments on budget setting based on financial audit.
- Follow-up with departments on audit recommendations.
- Provide assistance in talent management and development.
Qualifications:
- CA Qualified/ICMA/ACCA or equivalent.
- 3-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing or Audit Firm.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience in a managerial role.
