Job Description

Duties/Responsibilities:
– Responsible for growth and sales across all channels
– Plans and organizes daily activities related to operations and has a sense of monthly and longer-term planning
– Measures productivity by analyzing performance data, financial data, and activity reports
– Manages hires and trains new employees
– Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive
Must Have Requirements:
– Demonstrated managerial and supervisory skills
– Experience in the education sector/startup/sales is a plus
– Ability to interpret financial data as needed to set goals
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Growth Hacking Mindset
Educational Qualification:
– Must Have Bachelor’s degree (from a Tier 1 University) preferred
