Job Description
We are seeking a Client Service & Executive Team Lead to manage client communication, provide design assistance, and support staffing functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client calls and emails, ensuring satisfaction and timely service delivery.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.
- Collaborate with the design team to relay client feedback and review deliverables.
- Conduct team meetings, provide feedback, and facilitate professional development.
- Support administrative tasks such as attendance and leave management.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
- Basic understanding of design principles.
- Organisational skills with multitasking ability.
- Previous client servicing or staffing experience preferred.
