Job Description
The Uplift Team is on the lookout for a skilled Lead Project Manager responsible for designing, deploying, and enforcing HR systems that uphold discipline, transparency, and compliance across our multi-project operations.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various HR functions.
- Administer HRIS workflows, including platforms like Zoho People or BambooHR.
- Collaborate closely with project managers to align staffing plans effectively.
- Conduct audits to ensure policies are legally compliant.
- Maintain precise data regarding headcount, payroll, and time management.
- Generate weekly dashboards to report on HR metrics.
Compensation: Competitive base salary plus performance bonuses.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Starting at Rs85,00.00/month.
