Job Description
DESCRIPTION:
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategy aligned with objectives.
- Collaborate with department heads for staffing needs, job descriptions, and recruitment.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain candidate pipelines.
- Utilize various channels for increased visibility and engagement.
- Build relationships with universities and improve outreach in difficult regions.
- Implement necessary systems, procedures, and policies for Recruitment.
- Ensure timely filling of regional positions and conduct interviews.
- Assist in projects as required.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Strong communication skills, proficiency in recruitment tools, and analytics.
- Effective relationship building, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Zeal for initiatives and excellent planning and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
EDUCATION: Bachelors/Masters in relevant discipline.
EXPERIENCE: 4-5 years of relevant experience.
