Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Talent Consultant (HRBP) to join our dynamic team in Lahore. As the Lead Talent Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving talent strategies, implementing HR programs, and partnering with business leaders to achieve organizational goals.
In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the full cycle of talent management, including talent acquisition, talent development, and talent retention. You will also be in charge of designing and executing employee engagement initiatives, conducting performance management processes, and providing coaching and guidance to managers and employees.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in HRBP or Talent Acquisition roles
- Strong knowledge of talent management principles and practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
