Job Description
Join IHCL as a Learning and Development Manager, where you will drive the orientation process of the Taj Swagat initiative. You will ensure that all associates complete mandatory online modules and possess the necessary skill certifications. Your role includes identifying training needs, preparing the training calendar, and leading programs such as Hotelier development and operations training.
Additionally, you will monitor employee grooming and hygiene, liaise with educational institutions for recruitment and training, and assist in appraisals and grievances. Strong analytical skills are required for preparing reports and action plans related to audits.
