Job Description
Zameen.com is currently looking for a Manager – Learning & Development to join their team in Karachi.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage team members’ development plans
- Facilitate effective communication among team members, trainers, and management
- Optimize training processes and engage with stakeholders
- Design training programs to enhance employees’ career progression
- Evaluate training program success and report using HR analytics
- Align training strategies with business objectives
- Deliver training sessions to senior management
- Conduct assessments and exit interviews
- Utilize data analytics to allocate resources based on performance
- Promote organizational values and integrity
- Prepare monthly departmental reports
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Graduation from a reputable institute
Experience: Minimum 3 years of managerial experience with TT Certification
