Job Description
We are currently seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our marketing employees.
As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will collaborate with the marketing leadership to identify training needs and create effective learning solutions. You will conduct assessments to determine skill gaps and develop training materials, including e-learning courses, workshops, and job aids.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training programs to improve marketing skills and competencies
- Conduct needs analysis to identify gaps and recommend appropriate training solutions
- Create engaging e-learning courses, workshops, and job aids
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is up-to-date
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Human Resources, or related field
- Proven experience as a Learning and Development Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of marketing concepts and strategies
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
- Ability to create engaging and interactive training materials
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
