Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Implement Development Need Analysis Framework through assessments.
- Coordinate training programs, manage logistics, and analyze program effectiveness.
- Collect and analyze data, generate reports for decision-making.
- Analyze existing program data, draft reports, and present findings.
- Evaluate training materials, leverage LMS for delivery, and recommend tech solutions.
- Partner with internal departments and external vendors, stay updated on industry trends.
- Identify learning needs, customize programs, and oversee mentorship programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, or Business Administration.
- 7-10 years of experience in learning and development in Engineering Field.
- Strong communication, coaching, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to drive change and influence organizational culture.
- Proficient in project management and data analysis.
- Learning and development certifications are a plus.
