Job Description
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Learning Partner for the MEPA (Middle East and Pan-Asia) region. As a Learning Partner, you will be responsible for developing and delivering effective training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
Your main duties will include collaborating with subject matter experts to design training materials, facilitating training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of the programs. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in instructional design, excellent communication skills, and a passion for learning and development.
