Job Description
- Draft letters, agreements, notices, and legal documentations.
- Maintain proper records of agreements, including renewal, expired, and counter-signed agreements.
- Handle legal notices and discussions with management, obtain necessary signatures from management to process further.
Qualifications:
- LLB, MBA with 3 years of relevant experience.
