Role Description
This full-time on-site role requires a Leasing Executive at Square One Mall in Karachi. Responsibilities include commercial leasing activities, lease negotiations, lease administration, and market research.
- Contracts, agreements, and MoUs
- Casual leasing
- Coordinating with various departments
- Competitive research on brands
- Engaging with prospective and existing tenants
- Drafting proposals with strong English proficiency
- Maintaining lease records
- Addressing concerns with casual lease tenants
- Compiling queries and data
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Commercial Leasing and Lease Negotiations skills
- Lease Administration and Management skills
- Basic understanding of Leasing in Malls
- Experience in handling leases
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Attention to detail and organisational skills
