Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • The IT Lecturer role involves teaching modules, preparing materials, and assessing student performance.
  • Develop and update course materials and lecture notes.
  • Utilize various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree with 5 years experience OR PHD degree with 2 years experience OR any relevant foreign qualification.
  • Experience in curriculum development for TNE qualifications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Proficiency in admission management systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of education sector and admission procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Student Assessment:

  • Design and grade assessments, assignments, and exams.
  • Provide constructive feedback to support student development.
  • Maintain accurate student progress records.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to engage and motivate students.
  • Proficiency in educational technology and online learning platforms.
