Job Description
Are you a legal professional with a knack for managing contracts and ensuring compliance? Join our dynamic team and make a difference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vet and review operational/divisional contracts (e.g., supply agreements, sales agreements, transport/logistics agreements, joint ventures).
- Draft correspondence, legal notices, and authority letters as required.
- Manage and solidify contracts and legal documents to safeguard the company’s legal rights.
- Develop litigation strategies and maintain relationships with external parties (regulators, public authorities, external counsel).
- Clarify legal language for internal stakeholders.
- Stay updated on legislation and maintain legal records.
- Conduct work with the utmost integrity and responsibility.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in contract management and legal affairs.
- Strong understanding of legal processes and documentation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
