Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Legal Counsel to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law with a focus on corporate and commercial matters.
Responsibilities include providing legal advice, drafting and reviewing contracts, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. The Legal Counsel will also be responsible for managing legal disputes and collaborating with external counsel when necessary.
