Qualifications
- Strong legal knowledge and principles
- Experience in legal consulting and document preparation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze and address legal issues
- Research and analytical skills

- Experience with legal software and technology
- Internship or coursework in relevant legal areas is a plus
