Role Description
This is a contract Legal Secretary Assistant role with a hybrid work arrangement. The Legal Secretary Assistant will be responsible for daily clerical tasks, legal document preparation, assisting legal assistants, and supporting communication efforts.
Qualifications
- Law and Legal Assistants skills
- Legal Document Preparation skills and attention to detail
- Clerical Skills including organization and time management
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in immigration law or related field is a plus
- Knowledge of multiple languages is beneficial
