Job Description
We are currently seeking candidates for the position of Level 1 Tech Support. As a Level 1 Tech Support, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers.
Your main duties will include troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, assisting with installation and configuration of software and hardware, and documenting all support activities. Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities are essential for this role.
Key qualifications for this position include a strong technical background, knowledge of computer systems and network protocols, and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues. Experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
