Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled LinkedIn Lead Generator to identify and connect with potential clients, generate leads, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of LinkedIn’s platform and algorithms, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients on LinkedIn
- Craft personalized connection requests and messages
- Build relationships with key decision-makers
- Generate high-quality leads for our sales team
- Utilize LinkedIn’s sales and marketing tools
- Meet monthly lead generation targets
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead-generation strategies
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in lead generation, specifically using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Proven track record of successfully generating leads and meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn’s platform and algorithms
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
