Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a LinkedIn Specialist to manage and enhance UNIAL’s presence on LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of LinkedIn’s platform, features, and best practices. They will be responsible for creating and executing LinkedIn strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Profile Management: Optimize and maintain UNIAL’s LinkedIn company page and profiles of key executives.
- Content Strategy and Creation: Develop and implement engaging content for LinkedIn aligned with marketing goals.
- Community Engagement: Build relationships, respond to comments, and connect with stakeholders.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor metrics, provide insights, and suggest improvements.
- Lead Generation: Identify leads, nurture relationships, and support sales efforts.
- Brand Advocacy: Promote UNIAL’s thought leadership through LinkedIn participation.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven LinkedIn Specialist or B2B marketing experience.
- Skills: In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn, strong communication, analytical, and creative skills.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative.
