Project Overview:
We seek an expert Linux admin to set up a proxy server on our PBX server in the USA, allowing access to US websites from our Chile office and enhancing system performance.
Responsibilities:
- Install and configure a proxy server.
- Ensure access to US websites from Chile.
- Identify and block anonymous SIP traffic.
- Configure firewall rules for security.
- Test and verify server configurations.
Requirements:
- Expertise in Linux system administration.
- Experience with Asterisk/FreePBX and SIP protocols.
- Knowledge of proxy servers (Squid, NGINX).
- Understanding of network security.
- Ability to work independently.
Project Details:
- One-time project.
- Estimated budget: $50.
