Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-centric individual to join our night shift team as a Live Chat Support Specialist. The main duty is to engage with customers through live chat, offering timely and efficient assistance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle live chat interactions with customers, addressing their questions and concerns.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in real-time.
- Assist with email support.
- Provide backup support for inbound calls when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat role.
- Strong written communication and typing skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Quick decision-making skills and the ability to address issues promptly.
