Job Description
Truck It In is looking for a dedicated Live Ops Associate to deliver real-time operational support, oversee our rider fleet, and prepare daily reports. The ideal candidate will possess strong operational skills, quick problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor live dashboards to ensure smooth order processing.
- Facilitate communication between riders and customers.
- Manage the availability and scheduling of our rider fleet.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
