Job Description
iGATE Technology is seeking a motivated Logistic Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily interactions with customer support and compliance teams, addressing CTS queries, and managing courier exceptions. You will also follow up on parcels that exceed delivery SLAs and raise claims for lost items in transit. Additionally, you will maintain an updated claims report, categorize them as Accepted, Rejected, or In-Process, and assist with various tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s Degree, at least 1 year of relevant experience, proficiency in MS Office, and strong communication skills are essential.
