Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our centralized team at Gatronova, based in Karachi Head Office. As a Logistics Billing Consolidation Specialist, you will be responsible for streamlining the billing process for our group entities in the USA, Canada, and UAE.
Responsibilities:
- Consolidate logistics billing for entities in North America and the Middle East.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of bills in SAP.
- Facilitate verification and payment of bills, working within established timelines.
- Resolve billing discrepancies by collaborating with vendors, warehouse staff, and the treasury department.
- Work with the Lead Billing and Group Head on process enhancement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of two years of logistics experience.
- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems for invoice processing.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
