Job Description
Join our team as a Logistics Coordinator overseeing daily transportation and inventory operations to ensure timely deliveries and cost-efficient performance. You will coordinate shipments, schedule carriers, track orders, prepare shipping documentation, manage stock levels, and communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams. Monitor performance metrics, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years in logistics or supply chain
- Proficiency with TMS/ERP systems and Excel
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities; familiarity with customs and freight regulations is a plus
