Role Description
We are hiring a full-time Logistics Coordinator to manage inventory, coordinate logistics operations, and ensure timely delivery of goods in Lahore. This role involves maintaining records, communicating with clients, transporters, and warehouse staff for smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate delivery schedules with clients
- Maintain accurate logistics records
- Utilize Excel for data entry and reporting
- Coordinate with transporters for goods pickup/delivery
- Create necessary documents for warehouse transactions
- Manage and audit inventory records
- Ensure on-time deliveries
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field
- 0–1 years of experience in logistics
- Strong analytical and inventory management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
