Job Description
Vire HR Solutions seeks a Logistics Executive to oversee last-mile courier operations at Ferozepur Road, Gajjumata, Lahore. This is a full-time, in-person position (10:00 AM–6:00 PM, Monday–Saturday).
- Coordinate routes and daily tasks; monitor shipments in real time.
- Manage shipper communication and outbound calls; resolve customer complaints.
- Analyze operational performance and prepare daily courier/shipment reports.
- Communicate delays and operational issues; maintain accurate documentation.
Qualifications: logistics or last-mile experience preferred; strong communication and problem-solving skills; proficiency with MS Excel/Google Sheets; ability to work under pressure and strong attention to detail.
