Job Description
One of the dynamic logistics companies specializing in goods transportation with a focus on efficiency & customer satisfaction is actively looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee their logistics operations & processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all logistics & warehouse operations, inventory management, & dispatching of goods.
- Develop & implement SOPs for consistency & efficiency.
- Implement inventory tracking systems for accurate documentation.
- Utilize technology solutions like barcode systems for accuracy.
- Conduct regular inventory audits & reconciliations.
- Lead, train, & mentor warehouse staff.
- Foster a positive work environment emphasizing teamwork & continuous improvement.
- Identify areas for improvement & implement prevention measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulations & safety standards.
- Prepare & present reports on operational performance.
- Resolve client complaints related to logistics operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, SCM, or related field with at least 5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain operations.
Skills and Competencies:
- Proven experience in managing logistics operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & logistics software.
- Knowledge of barcode systems & technology solutions.
