Job Description
Requirements:
- 1+ years in logistics, supply chain, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with freight forwarding, shipping, and warehousing processes.
- Excellent communication skills for client and carrier interaction.
- Problem-solving skills for addressing shipping delays and damages.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective negotiation skills with carriers and vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Negotiate rates, assess performance, and ensure timely deliveries with logistics companies.
- Handle returned orders with proper documentation and communication.
- Maintain accurate records and databases for returned orders.
- Contact customers for declined or returned orders to explore solutions.
- Generate regular reports on logistics performance and returns.
- Resolve delivery-related issues with internal teams and providers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Identify areas for process improvements in logistics and returns management.
