Job Description
Job Title: Order Management and Processing Specialist
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Management and Processing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Receive, review, and process customer orders via phone, email, or online platforms
– Verify order accuracy, including product details, pricing, and shipping information
– Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, customer service, and logistics
– Manage order status, including updates and notifications to customers
– Investigate and resolve order discrepancies and customer complaints
– Maintain accurate records and reports, including order tracking and fulfillment rates
– Collaborate with the shipping team to ensure timely and efficient order delivery
– Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred/ Fresh can also apply
– 1-2 years of experience in order management, customer service, or a related field
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and order management software in Shopify
