Job Description
- Ensure compliance to all corporate directives, SOPs and management instruction given time to time as regards to safety and security of the store.
- Manage and ensure continuous improvement of all security matters in particular against shoplifting, theft, pilferage, robbery, fraud, trespassing, vandalism, fraud or any other specific criminal actions against the interest of the store.
- Identify and Intimate the trouble areas and short comings as regards to safety, security or any other matter against the interest of the store and come up with the proactive solution to support the operations.
- Keep DM security and store manager informed of all activities or incidents counterproductive towards corporate interest.
- Ensure proper attendance and shift management of third-party security staff.
- Ensure proper compliance of third-party staff duty roster and practical implementation as per post order.
- Constantly take note of safety and security gaps and report and propose remedial and or corrective measures.
- Continue to create proactive employee awareness programs as regards to safety and security matters within the store.
