Job Description
- Monitoring & ensuring the implementation of the maintenance plan as per standard and requirements.
- Developing and implementing standards for all control parameters.
- Identifying areas for improvement and critical significance to reduce capital investment and human effort.
- Promoting continual improvement in all maintenance processes.
- Responsible for factory equipment maintenance as the second HOD functioning.
- Ensuring the overall smooth running of equipment to achieve production targets.
- Setting internal department objectives & targets.
- Implementing identified solutions for control systems.
- Developing and overseeing the yearly preventive maintenance plan (monthly base) aligned with the yearly production plan.
- Coordinating with the production department for equipment maintenance plans and status.
- Coordinating with the maintenance store and PPC department for equipment spare parts arrangements.
- Ensuring continual improvement in all equipment processes.
- Monitoring all equipment processes at all stages and ensuring smooth operation.
- Handling new projects as assigned by management.
- Implementing countermeasures for new developments and cost-saving ideas, and controlling processes.
- Reporting to the factory manager.
- Responsible for the implementation of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018.
- Overseeing electrical maintenance, including troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems and components.
- Managing and maintaining Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) for optimized automation and control.
- Ensuring compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations.
- Developing and updating PLC programs to enhance operational efficiency and reduce downtime.
