Job Description
Position: Maintenance Manager
Location: Jubail
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance and reliability initiatives, ensuring plant assets’ optimal performance and uptime. The role involves overseeing maintenance, project engineering, and resource management, driving energy optimization and cost reduction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead maintenance initiatives for maximum asset uptime.
- Manage asset lifecycle and support cost reduction strategies.
- Oversee resource management and team development.
- Drive energy optimization and manage vendor relationships.
- Implement best maintenance practices and ensure budget constraints adherence.
Minimum Qualifications:
- BS in Engineering with 10-15 years of MTC experience.
- 5 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in reliability methodologies.
