Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Maintenance & Reliability Manager to join our team at Sundar. As the Maintenance & Reliability Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of our facility by managing all aspects of maintenance and reliability activities.
In this role, your responsibilities will include developing and implementing maintenance strategies, overseeing the maintenance team, and managing the reliability of our equipment and systems. You will also be responsible for identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Qualified candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, along with significant experience in maintenance management. Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams are essential for success in this role.
