About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our remote team at I.R.E. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACCA, CA, or ICMA) with hands-on experience in accounting software such as Xero and Dext. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Develop, implement, and review financial policies and procedures
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights for decision-making
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes

• Collaborate with auditors and manage accounts payable and receivable functions
