Arure Technologies is seeking a dedicated and skilled Management Associate to join our Operations team in Lahore. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or an individual with up to one year of experience from the Lahore School of Economics. The candidate will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, focusing on collateral development, proposal writing, and liaising with prospects.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop marketing and sales collateral to support business development efforts.
- Craft compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients and projects.
- Act as a key point of contact for prospects, maintaining communication and building relationships.
- Manage and optimize daily operational processes to ensure efficiency.

Requirements:
