Job Description
- Assist in preparing and sending invoices to customers accurately and on time.
- Support the collection of payments from clients, ensuring all payments are received per agreed terms.
- Help in reconciling customers’ accounts and resolving discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of receivable transactions in the accounting system.
- Assist in generating reports on accounts receivable status and collections.
- Enter data with high accuracy into financial systems.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to more efficient procedures.
