This is a full-time on-site role for a Management Trainee Human Resources at MEDICAIDS Pharma. The Management Trainee will be involved in various day-to-day tasks related to human resources management, including HR policies, personnel management, and employee benefits.
Qualifications
- Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Familiarity with HR policies and personnel management
- Knowledge of employee benefits and compensation
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
