Role Description:
As an Export MTO, you will be a key contributor to our Export department, ensuring seamless compliance with customs and government regulations. Your role involves meticulous preparation of exports, document management, and effective coordination with various teams to optimize the export process.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Prepare documents and forms to facilitate the efficient movement of goods through export procedures.
- Review paperwork to ensure accurate billing of shipping, handling, storage charges, and customs fees.
- Maintain a detailed database tracking merchandise, ensuring real-time information accessibility.
- Address and process claims related to merchandise shortages and overages.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to handle export sales inquiries.
- Conduct daily follow-ups with customers and indenters to address sales queries.
- Coordinate with shipping lines to address freight queries and ensure smooth logistics.
- Work closely with the supply chain team for timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of each transaction.
- Collect customer information for account opening in SAP.
- Provide daily updates on the status of orders in hand.
Requirements:
- Educational Requirements: A degree in supply chain or shipping is preferred, demonstrating a foundational understanding of relevant processes.
- Fresh Graduates: This position is exclusively open to fresh graduates who are eager to embark on a rewarding career journey.
