Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Management Trainee Officer. The Management Trainee Officer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with marketing, budgeting, finance, and analytical skills. This role will be located in Karachi, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications:
- Analytical skills, including the ability to think critically, solve problems, and make sound business decisions
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present information effectively and build relationships with stakeholders
- Experience with finance, budgeting, and financial analysis
- Program management skills, including the ability to manage projects and programs from start to finish
- Fluent in English and Urdu, both in written and verbal communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance or related field
- Experience in the healthcare industry, laboratory management or pharmaceuticals is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Flexibility and adaptability to change and growth
