Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rawalpindi. As a Management Trainee Officer (Payroll & Allowances), you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle payroll process, assist senior management in formulating policies regarding employee compensation and benefits and collaborate with relevant departments in matters pertaining to payroll and benefits when needed.
Qualifications
- MBA / MS in Finance, Accounting or a related field from a reputed institute (CGPA should be 3 or above).
- 1-3 years of experience in payroll processing and data management at a large enterprise.
- Experience and proficiency in Advanced Excel including are a must for this role.
