Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Preparation of quarterly, half-yearly, and annual financial statements in compliance with company policies.
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly management accounts in compliance with company policies.
- Monitoring day-to-day financial operations such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions.
- Maintaining ledger on accounting system, including correcting current ledgers and preparing P/L, balance sheet, trial balances, and projections.
- Supporting month-end closing, preparation of journals, account analysis, and reconciliation.
- Liaising with external auditors to perform annual audits.
- Preparing budget versus actual and current year actual reports.
- Maintaining the chart of accounts and ensuring accurate allocation of amounts.
- Providing ad-hoc management reporting.
- Supporting the finance team in day-to-day issues and tasks.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- CA qualification with a minimum of 1 year post-qualification experience.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge and experience of Oracle Financials and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
