Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic resource in HR Services and Digital Transformation role to join our team.
The successful candidate will lead the HR digitization initiatives and provide seamless HR operational support to stakeholders, ensuring an enhanced employee experience, smooth onboarding, transfers, record maintenance, policy awareness, effective grievance handling, and exits.
The role involves managing HRIS, maintaining modules and processes, and troubleshooting issues with a deep understanding of the system and functionalities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years’ HR Management experience
- Master’s Degree in HR Management
- Experience with ERP implementation and Oracle HCM EBS knowledge preferred
- Experience with grievances and investigations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
