Job Description
The incumbent is responsible for managing the business reporting and analytics needs of segment owners, conducting end-to-end analysis to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with product owners to document business requirements and maintain analytical needs.
- Create and maintain interactive visualizations through data interpretation.
- Collaborate with IT project management for on-time delivery.
- Develop and maintain databases, acquire data, and build scripts for flexible data evaluation.
- Manage visibility of use case funnels and major KPIs.
Knowledge and Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree + Professional Certification/Diploma/Masters
Experience: 3-5 years of relevant work experience
Behavioral Skills:
Communication, teamwork, customer orientation
Competencies:
Detail-oriented, BI Data Warehousing, Analytical skills, Data Visualization, Planning and Organizing
